NOTICE OF MABC 39th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Malaysia Australia Business Council will be held at 4:30 pm on Thursday, 20th June 2024 Thursday at the Australian High Commission, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, KL.
AGENDA
- Address by the Chairman.
- To confirm the Minutes of the 38th Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, 27th July 2023.
- To receive and pass the audited accounts as contained in the 2023 Annual Report for the year ending 31 December 2023.
- To elect the members of the Executive Committee who are standing for election in accordance with the Articles of Association.
- To appoint Honorary Auditors and Honorary Legal Advisors in accordance with the Articles of Association 12 (i)(d)
- To consider and if thought fit approve the amendments to the Articles of Association.
- To transact any other business of which six days' notice shall have been given in writing.
