• All ticket sales are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another event.

• We operate as a non-profit organization, and ticket sales directly support our cause. Therefore, we are unable to provide refunds as all proceeds go towards funding our programs and initiatives.

• In the event that you are unable to attend the event for which you purchased tickets, we encourage you to consider your purchase as a donation to our organization. Your contribution will be put towards our efforts to make a positive impact in our community.

• Please note that our vendors bill us for tickets regardless of attendance. Therefore, in the case of a no-show, we are still responsible for covering the costs associated with your ticket purchase.
