NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

As per the Article of Association, item 12 General Meeting of the Council (ii) All other General Meeting of Members of the Council shall be called Extraordinary General meetings which shall be convened on the application of not less than fifteen voting members provided that notice in writing shall be given to the Executive Committee setting forth clearly the business that is to be transacted. (iii)The Executive Committee may whenever it thinks fit convene an Extraordinary General Meeting provided that adequate notice in compliance with Article 14 hereof is given to members of the Council.

Article 14. NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETINGS

Notice in writing stating the time, place and agenda of either an Annual General Meeting and or an Extraordinary General Meeting shall be circulated to Members not less than fourteen clear days before such Meeting is to be held.

Notice is hereby given that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Malaysia Australia Business Council will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, 22nd February 2024 Thursday, at the Australia High Commission Kuala Lumpur at 6, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, Kampung Baru, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur
